Karma Town is a song about a certain type of psychopath that pops up in almost every setting. Some are subtle, and mostly harmless, and then some are more brazen and cocksure, like Steve. We all know Steve. He’s an expert on everything, he’s been everywhere, and if your lunch went missing from the work-fridge last week, it was probably him.

We all know that labels can cause harm sometimes, so I’ll just say, nautically speaking, Steve is a forlorn seaward.

It was somewhat uncomfortable, how he claimed to be spiritual.
He was more than a symbol of everything that was wrong.
It's sad but it is all over now. He is a vegan non-smoker now.
He sleeps in just to get woker now, but I just don't know.

Those were the days that I really miss. Give it all up, just to take the piss.
And I say damn all the consequence, just have some fun.
Sometimes you need an enemy, to better define your identity.
And if you struggle with anything, just blame Steve...
